1/4/2008Fairtrade fundraiser
The children, staff and parents at Laurieston Day Nursery recently held an "Eco Sale" raising the fantastic sum of £240.50.
The children had been involved in making draught excluders, potted plants, "FAIRTRADE Recipe books", water hippos, pet bedding and much more. With the money raised they hope to purchase troughs and wildflower seeds/plants to create a haven for mini beasts and create a lovely wild flower area.
