I would like to draw to your attention an event which is going to be held by the 2nd year Sports Coaching students of the Glasgow Nautical College.
The event is going to be held in the Gorbals Leisure Centre on the 8th of May 2009.
The aim of the event is to promote Healthy Eating because as we all know, in Scotland, our diets are not the best.
We are expecting approximately
85 Primary children to turn up from local schools in the Gorbals, such as St Francis and Blackfriars.
The event will consist of the children taking part in sports such as Karate, Athletics, Team-Building Activities and other common sports such as Basketball and Football.
There will also be a talk given to the children by a guest speaker.
